Eligibility for Returns Returns are accepted only in the following cases: ✅ Wrong product delivered ✅ Product received in damaged condition ✅ Product is defective or dead on arrival (DOA) ✅ Missing items or accessories in the package Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect model ordered by customer, or compatibility issues. However in some special cases returns can be approved on freight to pay basis. 2. Return Request Window • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. • Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted. • Unboxing video or clear photos of the product and packaging are mandatory for return approval. 3. Our team will verify and approve the return request 4. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on return shipping Do not send the product back without approval. 5. Inspection & Approval • All returned products are subject to quality inspection. • Refunds or replacements are processed only after inspection and approval. • If the product is found to be used, tampered with, or damaged due to customer handling, the return may be rejected. 6. Replacement Policy • Replacement will be provided for eligible cases based on stock availability. • If the same product is not available, a suitable alternative or refund may be offered. • Replacement dispatch timelines may vary depending on location and stock. 7. Warranty Claims • Product performance issues after usage fall under manufacturer warranty, not return policy. • Warranty claims must follow the warranty process mentioned on the product page or warranty card. • Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or misuse. 10.
